the showers are awsome at the gym - lot’s of hot water and lot’s of pressure. i try to use them, after a hankido workout - it’s quite refreshing….plus i don’t feel so bad about taking more than one shower a day…..

but you do hear some wierd conversations in the shower room

ok - i try to keep my eyes to myself. but my ears are another matter. yesterday - i heard one girl asking another about her pierced nipples. she got some decent advice - stay away from the thin hoops. apparently they have a tendency to rip out. i sneaked a peak over. the girl asking was a cute, unpierced asian girl. she did not need to get her nipples pierced. she also learned that one she started piercing, she will probably move on to other body modifications, like tatoos. according to the other girl, once she got her nipples done, she couldn’t help herself - moved on to a few more piercings and tatoos.
