nervous
well…didn’t have to file a story for my econ class….so yeah! yah!
the last time I ever have to file a print story….broadcast writing and production, here I come!
yah! yah!
ok….there are some things I’m nervous about…
one girl said all the broadcast girls in DC were forced to bob their hair…..next quarter, from what I understand, there’s going to be one Saturday when consultants come in and tell us everything that looks funny with us and how that translates to TV news. I don’t want to be on-camera and I’m going to communicate that to them, before they force me to chop my hair off….besides, I told one guy in my sequence: “A few years from now, everyone will have their hair long, anyway.”
so yeah….but it makes my stomach do flip-flops, the idea of some outside consultant, telling me I’m not pretty enough to work in this industry….I know I’m expecting the worse, but can you blame me?
