woke up sore….but a good sore…
I went skiing yesterday at Whitetail…somewhere in Virginia. Sunny day - no wind and great snow :). Mark and I managed to fit in some black diamond runs as well. I have pix and will post them later - need to get back to my final paper. I can’t believe we have some much work to do for a one-unit seminar 
As for South Beach…it works. I weighed myself at the gym inside the National Press Club - after my workout. I lost about 7 pounds - this is after 2 weeks of being on the diet….and another cool thing - my jeans are hanging lose on my hips. They’re so loose - I needed to tighten up my belt with two more notches.
