I loved this movie! I started reading Nick Hornby’s book in bookstores a while ago. (Bookstores are my libraries - I usually could remember where I left off. I’m in the middle of the beginning of Gregory Maguire’s “Wicked.”)

The record store employees from “High Fidelity” reminded me of volunteers at KALX. Hell, several radio volunteers agreed the movie characters resembled them.

Turkey day. Mark baked some pies for tonight’s Thanksgiving dinner. It should be interesting. I’m planning on whipping up a pasta side dish later this afternoon. Still kinda bummed about not spending the holiday with family - but we have each other. It’s our first Thanksgiving as a married couple. Sigh.

Oh yeah….and Mark just took the test.
