Balancing My Thoughts

It’s been a loopy week so far.

We watched Discovery’s blast-off a couple of hours ago. I was quite tickled to watch CNN’s speedometer keep up with the shuttle’s mph. BBC NEWS | Science/Nature | Shuttle heads for space station

Space Shuttle Discovery has begun a 14-day mission to the International Space Station (ISS), after a successful launch from the Kennedy Space Center.

And of course, I’m worried about the California wildfires.
