My core muscles are so sore from last night’s yoga class in Davis.

It’s my weekend and I woke-up ’round 3:00 AM. I suppose that means I’m getting used to my vampire shift at my new station.
Even though I had a morning show to produce on New Year’s Day, it didn’t stop me from enjoying the New Year’s Eve action in Old Sacramento.
