My attempt at pansit with ground chicken, carrots, mushrooms, peas and tofu. It needed more bam, so I added lemon-pepper spices.

I woke up with sore, stiff joints this morning. Today, I may use my last day of my weekend to recover from jogging, yoga and skating. The exercises helps me stay sane with my graveyard shift.
It’s been about 7+ years since I tried a double salchow.

Daisy likes running on Shunga Trail when the leaves change color. That’s when she has more falling leaves to chase on our morning jogs. Daisy’s managed to run about 1.45 miles when we’re together.
Maybe she’ll catch-up to my 2-mile routine in California. Such a healthy puppy!
