I went to mass at Newman Hall today. It felt good to return to my Berkeley parish. Then we had Zachary’s pizza with Betina, Hans and family. It was nice to catch up and know we can see them again some time soon.

Last weekend, Mark and I had a blast at Legends in Kansas City, Kansas. I loved sipping cocktails and beer on the rooftop bar at Dave & Busters. We also watched a fantastic display of fireworks over Hooters.

I just finished up a graveyard shift and produced the morning show. Our morning producer called in sick yesterday and I suppose I’m next in line. It was a smooth newscast and I’m happy my boss told me about the shift change, before I started drinking coffee on Sunday.
