I’m doing my best to budget for the student lifestyle….but hell…..I didn’t finish my editing reading and assignments – so I couldn’t make lunch today.
I was trying to stay off coffee but it wasn’t happening today. I had this nice schedule of non-coffee days (Tues-Fri) and I would allow myself to drink some java on the weekends and Monday (since there’s a Starbucks in the same building as our Downtown Chicago Campus). But I had to wake up at 5:30 this morning to finish the readings, well, I decided to indulge in coffee for our first class break.
I suppose I like eating at Einstein Bagels because it reminds me of Jen-Jen and the last time I stayed with her in San Diego. Decent bagel joint and today’s tortilla soup was spicy, cheesy, and yummy. Soup and half a Italian Chicken Panni Sandwich hits the spot on a cold day.
I just finished talking to Jen yesterday afternoon – before my Sex and the City break.
I also started telecommuting for Haas. I hope this doesn’t burn me out.
