DALLAS — inside the terminal, waiting for my flight back to Cali. Just finished up my interview in NY. Found an old friend from high school. I’m tired. I have a headache. I feel carved out like a watermelon…I have no idea how I did on the interview. It was such an involved process and I almost drove myself insane when I thought about my answers.
30 minutes fly by so fast.
New York City was fun…for the brief snatches I breathed in. On my way to the interview – I passed by St. Patrick’s. It trips me up to see the Papal flag a half mass.
While I waited through the other candidate interviews…I found myself staring downto the ice rink at Rockfeller Center. In the office, I also watched the procession at Vatican City. My two loves collided inside this office…I’m scared.
