moral of the story: don’t piss of an MBA….
it’s crazy – not only do you have to worry about the verbal abuse, but you also have to worry about the physical violence to follow, if your customer doesn’t get his way. it’s scary to me, since i work in computer support for a business school. i know stress makes people do crazy things, but this is really really bad. it’s inexcusable. it’s a wonder that anybody can get along with MBA’s. many grad students I know have nothing but complaints against these folks, who want to be in charge of everything, and get away with murder.
Thank heavens they got this guy in jail.
