it’s a tough call – because ultimately, people are responsible for what they shove down their throats. nobody is holding a gun to their heads as they eat fast food and other high-calorie, fatty meals….
“Last year, researchers at Princeton University published a study which suggested fast food may be as addictive as heroin.
They said rats fed a diet of high-sugar, high-fat foods suffered withdrawal symptoms when they went without.”
now – that’s interesting and may have some merit to the whole – let’s blame the makers, creators, and marketers of the high-calorie, fatty meals – deal.
this biggest problem isn’t waist size but a culture which encourages an individual’s loss of self-control…
