LIMA – I visited a ceremonial site for human sacrifices today. It’s my first day in Lima, Peru.
According to our tour guide at Huaca Pucllana, archeologists found bones from at least 30 women killed for the gods at this site.
Motorcycles used to race on top of the adobe and stone ruins. That’s before the Miraflores government decided to preserve them.
I think I was only person on the tour to squeal at the alpaca and llama area. They are so furry!!!
Llama selfie!!!! CUTE.
Does it take the sting out of female sacrifices? Not so much.
Day 45 of 100 Happy Days.
