I went skiing yesterday at Whitetail…somewhere in Virginia. Sunny day – no wind and great snow :). Mark and I managed to fit in some black diamond runs as well. I have pix and will post them later – need to get back to my final paper. I can’t believe we have some much work to do for a one-unit seminar 😛
As for South Beach…it works. I weighed myself at the gym inside the National Press Club – after my workout. I lost about 7 pounds – this is after 2 weeks of being on the diet….and another cool thing – my jeans are hanging lose on my hips. They’re so loose – I needed to tighten up my belt with two more notches.
