It serves organic/vegan Mexican food. It’s open late on a Sunday night. It works for my TGIF.
I loved the coconut ceviche. It reminded me of our honeymoon in Ixtapa and sipping coco locos in coconut shells on the beach.
Bartenders would take the coconut meat out the shell. They added salt, lime and hot sauce. That became my favorite post-cocktail treat. NOM.
